I placed a custom order and, it came out wrong. The size and details I sent didn’t really match what showed up, so the fit was off and a few of my notes seemed like they were just ignored. It was really annoying after waiting for it, and I probably wouldn’t order custom again.

I paid more than I probably should have, and once I actually got it, the quality just felt cheap. It’s the kind of purchase that makes you a little less willing to trust the brand next time.

The dress looks nice at first glance, and I really wanted to like it, but the fabric felt scratchy and uncomfortable after wearing it for a bit. It’s not something I’d want to keep on for long. I feel like the brand should be more upfront about the material or do better with fabric quality, because a dress shouldn’t just look good, it should actually be wearable too

The clothes themselves were fine, thankfully, but the packaging was a whole different story. The box showed up crushed, half open, and looking like it had barely survived the journey. I was genuinely worried something would be missing or damaged when I saw it. Not great packaging at all

I ordered my usual size from renaissancewardrobe.com after checking the size chart, but the fit was just strange. The waist was too tight, while the chest area was loose, so it didn’t sit right on me at all.

i was annoyed because the sizing info made it seem like I was choosing correctly, but it clearly didn’t match the actual fit. The communication around measurements could be way clearer. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they update the sizing details.

I just wanted to swap for a different size, but getting replies took a while and the return steps were kinda all over the place. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just more annoying than it needed to be.

This wasn’t really what I expected. The pictures made it seem like it would have a cleaner, nicer style, but in person it looked kind of old and messy. Just not my vibe, and it left me feeling a little bait-and-switched...

Once it arrived, though, it came across more like something you’d wear to a themed fair or costume party. The fabric, shape, and little details just didn’t look right to me, especially after I compared it with some museum reference photos. If you just need a fun outfit for an event, it might be okay, but for anyone who really cares about historical accuracy, I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

The checkout process felt confusing too, unless I was just missing something? I ended up giving up before placing an order because it was more annoying than it should’ve been.

The delivery process was just frustrating from start to finish. I kept waiting and waiting for weeks, and the whole time there was barely any clear update, so I never really knew what was going on or when to expect anything. It was one of those situations where you keep checking and hoping there’ll be some kind of useful info, but nope, just more waiting

The shipping was way slower than I thought it would be, I kept checking the tracking over and over and it just sat there with no real updates for days, which got frustrating, so I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.
